Founded by Michael Simpson, the Top 1% of agents in the U.S., our organization has helped literally hundreds of thousands of real estate agents, brokers, investors, and associations receive the training and coaching needed to navigate commercial transactions and build a successful career. State approved continuing education courses in Multiple states including…California, Texas, Nebraska, Oregon (just to name a few) as well as coaching and training programs for real estate brokers, franchise owners and associations who want to create additional revenue through commercial real estate transactions but are wary about taking on the liability associated with untrained agents taking in commercial business.

MICHAEL SIMPSON
A leading authority on Commercial and Investment Sales for 30+ years, thousands of real estate agents, brokers and investors from around the nation have sought Michael Simpson’s training. He is the Founder and Senior Instructor of the National Commercial Real Estate Association (The NCREA) and an internationally recognized expert in Commercial Real Estate sales.
His company, The NCREA, is a national training, consulting and coaching company responsible for helping thousands transition into Commercial Real Estate. Michael’s curriculum and coaching programs have been attributed to producing many multi-million-dollar producers in the industry.
Both as an agent, and Broker/Previous Keller Williams Franchise Owner with 600+ agents, Michael is known throughout the U.S. for his massive personal success in residential and commercial real estate. He enjoys the distinction of being named as one of the Top 1% of agents in the U.S. and Top 3 Commercial Broker in California and Hawaii. Throughout his sales career, he consistently closed 100 transactions per year.
