Refund Policy

I understand that if for any reason, I am unable to attend the class or any events, I may reschedule to attend anytime within the next 24 months at no additional charge.

NCREA Policy allows me to reschedule 1 event within 24 months at no charge; any additional reschedules will incur a 20% processing fee. There are NO REFUNDS on Coaching Packages, MultiUnit Masters Program, 6-Figure Commerical Playbook, We Find You Close Program, on promotional offers for 3 Day Class and 1 Day class, except for the guest registration fee (when paying for a guest). If my guest cancels, and I notify education@thencrea.com within 72 hours prior to the event, I will receive a full refund for guest registration minus 20% processing fee.
