And we will close out the series with advanced commercial prospecting tips that will help you stay on top of your lead generation.

3 day Grid System Emphasis on Seller Listings

These 3 days of training focuses on the CRE Sellers side of the transaction. The NCREA will share how to get exclusive and off-market deals. You’ll learn our patented GRID concept and how to prospect for commercial listings as well as how you can use investment strategies to assist your clients in achieving their goals faster.

One Day Emphasis On The Buyer

The NCREA’s 1 Day course focuses on working with Buyers. We’ll teach you how to engage in conversations that matter to Investors. Next, we’ll show you how to schedule appointments with investors and what questions and information to collect. We’ll show you how to find off-market deals so that you can market off-market deals to your investors. You’ll learn how to analyze deals, work the numbers, and how explain them to your clients. If you’re newer to commercial real estate or if you have an investor you are working with this is a class you don’t want to miss!

3 Day Advanced

In the NCREA’s advanced 3-day course Michael will spend 3 days showing you how to do various parts of the Commercial Business. We’ll take you through a live cold calling session where you are setting appointments with your clients/ database. And we’ll bring in specialty classes: i.e. Commercial BizOps, Commercial Leasing, and DST to name a few. The 3 day advanced course is a practical application of the many fundamentals you will need to know.
