Kelley Fischer is the Director of Training Events for the The National Commercial Real Estate Association (The NCREA).
With a focus on the ever changing needs of real estate professionals she has developed a variety of training events to help agents maximize their time and educational needs. As Director of Training Events she has created live events that range from 30 minutes to 3 Days where agents leave the event knowing they not only have learned new skills, but they can go out and earn more business. To help real estate professionals further maximize their time Kelley developed a 1 Day Event and a 3 Day event that provide continuing education credit of 7 hours and 21 hours respectively.
Kelley has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Kelley, started her career in the field of Insurance Underwriting for Real Estate Brokers E&O Policies where she saw first hand the many challenges that real estate professionals faced as they grew their businesses.
After her time in insurance underwriting she moved on to work with Michael in his real estate business. As an integral part of his real estate business she helped in nearly every aspect of real estate. She developed systems and processes that helped to ensure that Michael’s team consistently averaged more than 50 sales per year and stayed as one of the Top 1% of agents in the U.S.
When Kelley isn’t scheduling events and developing new training she is a wife and mother to two amazing children. She has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her family traveling and being on the open water on their boat.
