About Michael Simpson:
Michael started his real estate career in 1988 and quickly landed in the top 1% of all agents in the U.S. closing over 100 transactions in 1992 and has averaged more than 50 transactions per year ever since.
He started Commercial/Investment (C.I.) sales in 1997 and was in the top 3 of all Commercial agents internationally at RE/MAX. Michael launched and became the OP of KW Coastal Properties Long Beach in 2002 and was part of launching 5 other offices in Southern California.
Michael is a past C.A.R. Director, local board (PWR) Director, Arbitrator and continues to list and sell Commercial/Investment (C.I.) Property while working with his team (The BEST Team) for Residential Sales. In 2010 he became certified with KWU as an approved trainer. Michael has taught the C.I. series to over 1,000 agents and is now taking the course on the road to impact more lives.
